These buns have an 18 day shelf life once thawed and we will dispatch frozen. They’re also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose powder, xanthan gum, psyllium husk, baking powder, buckwheat flour, flax seed flour, spirulina, mono and diglycerides)), water, choc chips (10%) (sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, emulisifer (sunflower lecithin)), sugar, vegetable oil (canola), yeast, vinegar, rice malt, iodised salt, spices.
Allergen Statement: Contains yeast. The choc chips used in this product are produced on an allergen free line in a facility that also processes products that contain peanuts, tree nuts and dairy.
