Ingredients:
Cake Mix: sugar, gluten free flours (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize starch, maize flour), cocoa powder 10%, modified tapioca starch (distarch phosphate), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, glucono delta lactone), thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum, distarch phosphate), fibre, natural flavours, salt.
Chocolate Buttons: sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder (15%), emulsifiers (soy lecithin), salt, flavour.
Allergen Statement: Contains soy. May contain milk solids.
To make:
Cake: Add water, oil and 2 eggs (or replacer).
Ganache: Add 60mls fresh cream.
